After the six month mark, glacially slow loss! Im 10 months out and just coming out of a 2 month stall. Since 6 months out a total of 3 months stalled. Stalls suck:-)
I cant stand premade shakes. I use syntrax nectars and mix them with unsweetened almond milk. Best of luck with your upcoming surgery. Hope you have a speedy recovery:-)

It takes about six weeks to find your sleeve groove and to meet your drs protein requirements. Try greek yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs. I couldnt do the protein shakes until two months after surgery....
