@Richieimber i will defiantly keep everyone in this thread informed once im sleeved.. My Dr pretty much told me that the only thing that will help my kidneys it to lose the weight as my kidney...

after reading the posts i will add that my Nephrologist advised me due to the type of kidney disease i have i need as much protein as i can get so the high protein diet will be fine for me.
