    You will have lots of stalls on this journey. Don't get frustrated. Focus on getting in the required protein and WATER and you will start losing again once your body resets. Best of luck to you!

    Mix some refried beans with chicken broth to thin them out a bit. Add Tabasco and fat free sour cream. If you like that kind of stuff. I ate that quite a bit 2 weeks out.
