I take two flinstones a day. :)

Have a heating pad with you at the hospital. It helps with the gas.

Most importantly, walk, walk, walk to get the gas out. :)

I'm freaking out and a nervous wreck, my surgery is this Wednesday. I hate when people say I hope everything goes well or remind me of what can happen. It makes me want to not do this...HELP!

Start my preop diet this Wednesday. Preop appointment is this Thursday and Surgery is November 8th. I'm so excited!

Thanks for your reply. I get blood work every 6 months. My numbers have been good for a few years now. I've been on synthroid since I was 18 years old. I just cannot lose weight for anything.

This is how I am. I have take my meds like clockwork, exercised and ate well and still cannot get the weight off.
