    Hello there! I remember feeling somewhat normal on day 10 following surgery. Getting fluids in can be difficult but just keep on sipping!

    You could log your food intake into My Fitness Pal to monitor your calories. I put it off for a while because it sounds complex but it's really pretty easy. It helps me stay on track and aware.

    I bought digital scales, never used it and then took it back. Everything I eat gets entered into My Fitness Pal and sometimes I'm guessing at what an ounce is...it would have been been beneficial to...

    I prefer frozen berries over fresh because I like the crunch and they last a long time in the freezer. I like the tri-berry mix (raspberry, blueberry and blackberry) with light Cool Whip. Yum!

    Have you read about the Yeti bottle? I don't have one but many people I know love it. Keeps ice frozen overnight. Doesn't sweat.

    Yep, I've noticed my appetite increasing as well. Some days are worse than others. I'm trying to drink even more water.
