    I bought a kids hula hoop pre-op, and oh my, not sure how I did it when I was younger :) It definitely works the upper legs and core, a good cardio. I think I need to get one of those weighted ones...

    I wore my regular bras. The small one that is center high is about 2.5 inches down from my bra band. I am a 40 DDD to help gauge. Good Luck!
