  3. Re: Whcih do you prefer: Torani or DaVinci SF Syrup?

I've never tried DaVinci, but I use the SF Torani syrups and I like them. I found a variety six pack on Amazon for a great price ($35, which is great considering they are about $8-10 a bottle if you...

To mix protein into soups and other hot foods you need to mix it with warm water first, then add slowly to the food as it's cooking. Don't add it before you start cooking, wait until the food it hot.

    Tips on Fighting Fatigue?

  11. Nutrition Guide? How Much of Carbs, Sodium, Etc.

    Hi All,

I've been looking around online to try to find some guidelines for nutrition post-sleeve and I haven't been able to find anything other than the 50-70 grams of protein and 550-700 calories...
  12. Sticky: Re: Full Liquids -Alumni post suggestions here - Newbies get info here

    Re: Shiratake noodles?

I have had them before and they do have a distinct smell and flavor, but if you rinse them well before you cook them it's not so bad. They're pretty cheap at my local health food store and I've...
