Hello. You will not regret this decision, its the best one I've ever made for myself. Best of luck to you!
I like Premier Protein and love the mocha latte flavor. You have to get it ice cold, or pour over ice, or better yet, blend it in a blender with ice to make it more like a smoothie. Best of luck to...
I'm glad they discovered the issue. Sounds like you are on your way to the losers side!! Having the sleeve is the absolute best thing I've ever done for myself. I had mine Aug 2015 and have already...
Watch out for high sugar content drinks, drinks with acidic content such as V8 and ones that are loaded with fat. Your nutritionist should have given you full instructions on how and what to drink....
You are still new and healing, of course you can't eat what you want and in the amounts you want. Beef and pork are the hardest meats on your stomach. It is hard for your stomach to digest those. Try...
Pure Protein mocha latte shake is my fav right now.
Congratulations!!! Cheers to you... to all of us.. we CAN do this and we CAN make it work. Have a great day y'all.
You are definitely an inspiration to all of us. Again, WLS and this journey is so much more than the weight. Let us all remember to live each day, take it all in and enjoy the journey. God bless you...
Your stomach has to work harder to digest meats so I wouldn't advice eating them too soon. Hamburger and pork are the worst. Stick to what your doc tells you and you'll do better in the long run....
You both will do just fine. It's the best decision I've made, for me, concerning my weight loss, EVER! I wish I had done it sooner. Take it one day at a time, enjoy the journey to becoming a better...
Hello Loopy... I felt that same way. I knew this was my last hope of being healthier and thinner. This is lifestyle change and we should be making healthy choices in our food selections, therefore...
We are all different. I am 2 days shy of my 3 month out mark and I still cannot eat 3 oz of meat/protein at a time. I can, however, eat 6oz of yogurt without any issues. I have a hard time eating...
Way to go!! You are an inspiration!
That feeling will pass. Try some sugar free popsicles, or sugar free jello. You'll be feeling great in no time.
What a great story. I wish you continued success with your business and personal growth. You are an inspiration to us all.
I had the surgery in August and I've not had any hair loss. I don't take anything extra with my vitamins but I do make sure I keep my protein levels up. That prevents hair loss plus it helps with...
I was 2 years into menopause and had a full blown period 3 days after surgery. They told me that could happen but since then I've had nothing. I hope the surgery/weight loss will help you out.
WHOOP WHOOP... CONGRATULATIONS! I can't wait to be in a 12
I agree with the previous posts. I was told no fruits until at least 3 months out. They do contain a high amount of sugar. Good luck
Good luck! Stay away from sugar. Carbs are essentially sugars and they are what puts weight on us.
Best decision I've ever made and like so many have said on here, I wish I had done it sooner. It's a tool, one that will work if you follow your doctors orders. Good luck!
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Hey there. I'm 6 weeks post op and I haven't lost any hair. I follow the eating guidelines set by my surgeon and I've done great. Protein is the key. Good luck.
I am almost 6 weeks out and I am pretty sure those first few weeks I was taking in about what you are. The main thing it to remember to drink, drink, drink and protein. You don't even have to think...
Me too. Seems that I get started on something around the house and before ya know it, I'm sitting down resting or napping. Thanks.
