At 15 months out my hair is thick & healthy, was very thin for about 6 months....I took swisse hair & nails tablets
Yes the early weeks are hard, find what you can eat and stick with it, only add one new thing at a time. The pay off it the weight will come off faster too. I am gluten free so often take my own food...
It happened to me in early months but I think because, measuring food, protein, water, exercise, new NSVs became my new addiction as I learned to be the new me.
Finally I prioritised coupling,...
What a great goal :) you daughter will be your support band watching your transformation, here for me is my support family, and where I go to either keep on track or get BACK into making right...
Far out, what a runaround, good luck, hang in there
I used to drink hydralyte to keep hydrated, in early weeks, water down apple juice, and maybe sustagen .. Warmed, good luck
Well done, keep up the hard work
Wishing you all the best, see you on the other side, healing thoughts coming your way :)
On FB add Brenda Vance she puts up exercises we can do from home. Also log what you eat & fo on MFP maybe? Good luck, having similar problems myself but I know why :(
If you are on FB look up Brenda Vance she posts exercises you can do in your own home :)

So sorry darling, hope it is getting better, no guilt, just keep on surviving, sending healing thoughts
I just wear thick socks and tuck in my jeans, lol
Yes if you google or safari it you will get some suggestions, about to do it myself, good luck

Ignore those thoughts, it is natural to be nervous, it is not easy but so worth doing
Awesome result
Old habits can come back, tin man is right, just do not eat too much, not what but how much we eat...
Feel nervous but do NOT back out, you would regret it, best of luck with your journey
A good idea - tend to log my food on MFP if anyone wants to add me, I am Narasweet there too :)
It will pass, usually by day 4,make sure you are drinking enough water too, good luck
