I do too, however these foods are very high in cholesterol unfortunately!!!!

My July goal is to:
- improve my protein intake
- drink more water
- continue to exercise 4-5 x week
- lose 5 pounds

I was also prediabetic HA1c = 6.2 and went down to 5.8 now!!! Sleeve, diet and exercise and avoidance of bad carbs works!

It is normal to be nervous and worried before surgery. But, once you are done with the first 2 weeks of surgery, everything starts falling into place and you will love your new sleeve!

Eat more protein, drink more / more often in between meals, that should help. Take a walk, do something else to retrain your old behavior.

After surgery and during my mushy diet stage, I would blend lots of beans with ground meat and it was delicious!!!!!

Here in the USA we have canned fat free refried beans with extremely low calories!!!! I hope you can get there also in Israel!
