    Ah I’m a dental hygienist and a surgical assistant and I’m on my feet a lot. I went back after my sleeve surgery but I couldn’t lift anything. I’m just worried about lifting too much after surgery.

    Oh yeah. Forgot to mention I also take a sublingual B12 liquid. Be sure to keep an eye on your B1 (thiamine) count when you have blood work done.
