    Maybe look into pregnancy yoga DVDs, they're gental as far as core training :) when you feel like you're ready for it.

    There isn't any mention of how soon I can be in a pool after the surgery. There is mention of avoiding hot tubes, but not swimming pools. How soon did you feel okay to submerge your body?:confused:...

    I haven't been sleeved, but trying hard to lose weight with lean protein and low carbs, I use greek yogurt on many things. Its become my mayo, sour cream, and many other replacements for me.
