Quick note, Today is the official 6 month anniversary of post op with the gastric sleeve surgery. Since i seen to the surgeon last month, I've lost another 18+ pounds. 160 lbs....

Thanks so much! :) Yeah, I have learned to record everything i eat and drink in a food journal, that has calories and carbs. I even monitor my sugar intake, to be careful i don't over do it, daily....

no, i meant ounces... I can't even imagine eating 2/3 cups of food. I can barely get down 3 ounces. it gets very uncomfortable if i go over 2 ounces.
