Welcome--you are probably so over prepared and researched all of this like we all have, but until you jump in the pool you don't know how your your journey will go! Not everything everyone posts...

I was only 1-2 miles while still on post op liquid--still too weak to get much more.

But I've been on puréed diet for a week, have energy... and I finally have my friend lined up to walk three...

Pain, cramping, explosive you-know-what, anxiety, sweat, heart palpitations...
I had no idea what was going on this afternoon.

After reading up after this attack I looked up Dumping Syndrome.......

Getting cravings with all these ideas!

So glad to get some substance in starting in 4 days, and am truly looking forward to tuna salad...chicken salad...eggs....

I have been walking for months and did 3 miles the other day. I just have low blood sugar and with the low calories I just feel so weak. Not, not seriously obese. Just BMI of 40 but they let me do...

Welcome Sharon! I just had my surgery on the 16th so probably going through same stuff. Pain is manageable but I feel so weak because of low calories and walking! How are you feeling otherwise?

I found a clever way to get in fiber....mix Metamucil into orange G2 --can't even tell it's there!

Now I am itching everywhere...put benedryl around all incision areas but itching bad on each side of torso #unnerving

Finally a local compounding pharmacy was able to fill the liquid oxycodone and I feel 200% better. Been walking, sippping and breathing--I'm so much better. Thanks everyone!

I got home from hospital yesterday and they wrote my pain RX for liquid oxycodone. Two stupid pharmacies...
