    Wow that's great. I started at around 270lb so very near you and have lost 100lb in 2 weeks short of a year since my op so can appreciate the wow factor you're feeling. Keep up the good work.

    I have heard of some going alone. And I'm sure they were fine but they didn't have any bad after effects. Me on the other hand was quite ill after so was grateful for my husband being there.

    Make your own protein shake. Skimmed milk powder, milk, and sugar free crusha or sugar free jelly crystals for taste.

    I was told to not eat anything sweet. Could eat anything else but no alcohol. Two weeks before. And my liver was then very small and no problem. Hope that helps.

    Drink up to just before eating but don't drink once you start eating as you won't fit both in and it'll also wash it through your stomach quicker and you'll feel hungry quicker. Hope that helps?

    Not enough food. I'm 6 months out and eat twice that and losing 2lb on average every week. I stalled for two weeks then lost 5lb the next week. Eat more.
