My pastor and his wife both had the RnY 3-4 yrs ago and they do look a little pale and pasty to me. I know he has to give himself Vitamin B injections too. I'm a little over a month out and I've had...
When I first started out I was looking to get the lapband. My surgeon pretty much told me what he thought would be best for me. He didn't think the lapband would work for me because I'm limited in...
I gained 15 lbs while in the hospital. My bladder took a nap so they kept pumping in the IV's. There was a scale in the hallway outside my room. Boy did I panic when I saw that weight gain. By my...

I'm so sorry. I sure hope you'll be able to get this reapproved. That's an absolutely horrible thing to have happen when your so close to your surgery date. GRRR!!!!

Butter Pecan (no sugar added) ice cream 20 days after surgery still is not a good idea. Major tummy discomfort. Sure started out tasting good but was not the best idea for me tonight.
Congratulations on making that scale move in the right direction!
Seems that it's normal. I've been going through a rollercoaster of emotions myself.
I had my surgery on June 27 and I still have some discomfort under my larger incision too.
I am feeling better. Yesterday was a less stressful day and today will even be better. I love the weekends! I'm going take this time to regroup and do little things for me. I think I may even go...
Congratulations on your surgery and your weight loss. I too have rheumatoid arthritis. It's been a bit of a battle but I'm doing better. For a month before my surgery and up until yesterday I needed...

I've had such a stressfull day at work today. I never had time to even think to eat much. Now that I'm home I'm having my own pity party. In the past I would use food for comfort or even on a day...
You'll do fine. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow since my surgery and I'm heading back to work in the morning.
