    I am 7 months out and it bothers me. So I still can't eat spicy food. Everyobe is different your tummy will tell u what u can handle and what u can't. Just obey the sleeve or she will make u pay.

    My solution to the stalls is don't weigh more than 2 times per month. This way I rarely stall. And I think I am always loosing which I am. It helps the anxeity.

    I only took off 2 weeks. I was fine by then. But I work from home so it was easy for me to purs down if needed. I would say no more than 6 weeks if you are not worried about getting back quickly.
