    This is the best advice I can give... 1) Read the book "The 4 Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz , and 2) ignore the jerk. The book explains why people are like that, and helps you to let it roll off....

    I used Miralax the first week after surgery, with the doctor's blessing. I mixed it with my Premier Protein drink and it worked like a charm. :)
