    greek yogurt with a scoop of protein and a little sugar free pudding, is very thick and full of protein and usually fills me quicker and more completely than just about anything.

    I love adding a little bit of sugar free chocolate pudding mix, and the powdered peanut butter to my greek yogurt, it's not quite as good as peanut butter pie filling, but almost :)
