Hey there - the 3-4 week stall is absolutely normal.
This may help folks understand it. I can't find the research we all did way back about 4 yrs ago to figure this out but this is the rationale....

Re: Veterans...#1 thing you miss / don't miss

    Re: Does anyone else have...?????

Be aware that some folks become lactose and/or dairy intolerant after the sleeve. If you have whey protein in your smoothie, or milk/yogurt in there, it could be a problem for quite some time. You...

Re: Still having issues with overeating..

    Hi Rebecca,
I haven't stopped in for a while but felt well enough today to do so and wanted to chime in on this one.

  8. Re: Do you need a passport to drive into Mexico or is a valid drivers license and birth certificate enough?

wanted to add, some states have enhanced ID drivers licences..those work, too. Washington, Vermont, Michigan, Minnesota and New York
  9. Re: Do you need a passport to drive into Mexico or is a valid drivers license and birth certificate enough?

I worked for the passport agency. You need at least a passport card to REENTER the USA....tbhey don't much care when you enter MX, but coming home is different. While some on medical vans may get a...

    Re: Sleeve stopped working

Okay. You've said you are certain you "can eat about 1500/2000 a day" but you didn't say how much you ARE eating.
If you are eating in that area, I agree, the majority of folks will never lose...

    Re: Struggling

Hi - Sure sounds like your mother is expecting you to be the weight she wishes she could be. 5'4" and 100 lbs sounds dangerously thin to me! In fact using a bmi calc says exactly that, you are just...

Re: Does anyone regret having the surgery?

Re: 2 Weeks Out Seem to Be able to Eat a lot

Seems like things are on track with that amount of pureed food. Liquids will go right through, so you can't really judge by that.
You don't mention if you are avoiding drinking for 30 min or more...
  14. Re: upset after weigh in, plz tell me im not going crazy

I'm going to suggest you don't eat anything with artificial sweeteners. it looks like you are getting three servings a day of them. while they may have no carbs, if you are sugar sensitive your brain...

    Re: Feeling Very Regretful

    What's done is done, right?

    Re: Medic Alert Bracelets

I wear one for no blind ng tubes. I wouldn't worry too much about nsaids. If you are so out of it that you can't say you have a sleeve, they won't be giving you nsaids for pain.... I've never heard...

Re: MFP protein is in calories not gms ??
