Thanks Katrina!!
Thank you. But, I'm more interested in the Monster 27g protein energy shake box you have behind those. Have never heard of ore seen those before. Can you post a close-up picture of those? Thanks!
Sorry to hear you're struggling a bit. I'm an October 2018 sleever myself. Hate to see someone going through bumps in the road. A good webpage to review is 5daypouchtest.com
This plan can help...
That was me, pre-surgery, also. I don't know what they call it. Maybe for me it was "denial", but I always was thinking "I'm not that big" or "I don't feel fat", or whatever. When I see pictures...

Welcome Larman,
I think everyone has covered the major points, and they've got more experience than me. My surgery was only a few months ago. But, everyone is correct. I wish I had done this...
Mmeghan,
I don't think the bypass will be an issue if she gets the cardiac clearance. When I was "jumping through the hoops" last fall, before my sleeve surgery, I had to get clearance from a...
I'm a newbie also. My surgery is scheduled in about a week and a half. I think your second thoughts are normal, as I've had them too. Mine relate more to my years and habits of terrible eating,...
