Pam, I like Old Wisconsin turkey snack sticks. I get the individual wrapped kind so I can carry in my purse for on the go.
You look great, way to go!!!!
I needed to hear this. I am near the end of my honeymoon phase and not at my goal yet either. Keep on keeping on girl, you are not alone for sure!!!
Don't worry, it is not much different from the US. You'll be fine, and you will be SO HAPPY with the results.
I can really relate to what you are going through. I almost cancelled a hundred times. The care you get in Mexico, though not as thorough as the US, is not a dirty tent in the middle of the slums. I...
I had my surgery same time as you. I am curious to see if you ever find a group, I live in Sellersburg
Im in the same boat girl, and I too have long hair.
Luckily I also have three teenage girls so I am well versed in where to get extensions. The only thing I hate is the top of my head, UGH.
babybell cheese or old wisconsin turkey sticks
you could also get some amazoprole (sp) You take one in the morning a half hour before you eat for two weeks. Its really helped me since it reduces the amount of stomach acid you are producing.
You'll be fine. I went to Almanza 2/3/2015 and I'm down 49 pounds. Good that you will have someone with you. Its not that bad as far as surgery goes. Good luck and check back with us, let us know...
I take my vitamins in two doses, in the morning I take B12, biotin, iron, and a multivitamin, at night another multi, biotin and a calcium and vitamin D supplement
I eat about every three hours - I...
I had surgery on 2/3/2015, so I am a little more than 2 months out. I started out at 205, I only did a three day diet so I maybe lost a pound before the operation. This morning I weighed 160.0...
Way to go!!!!!
I'm two months out from surgery so I eat less but more often. Today:
B: Four bites of Atkins scrambled eggs with bacon with a little cheddar cheese
S: Half a V8
L: Babybell cheese
S: smoked...
I am about 5 weeks out from surgery, and I am having this weird anxiety - I think it is because I haven't lost any weight in the last two weeks. But here's the thing, I fear I have stretched out my...
I had a lot of heartburn issues too. I got some omezaprole (over the counter). You take one every morning for 14 days. Its worked wonders. For immediate heartburn relief the best thing Ive found is...
Sometimes I eat the Atkins frozen breakfasts (the farmhouse sausage egg scramble one is awesome and it lasts me three meals). Just have to watch the sodium for the rest of the day but I agree...
I always get that feeling, for me it was low blood sugar. I havent had it since the sleeve, but there have been times I have felt sick and it has been heartburn or acid stomach
Congrats on your weight loss. Im only a month out so I dont have much to add about the calorie/fat ratio, but I know taking a supplement is very important. I use VitaMelts, you dont have to swallow...
So normally I take Seasonale (a birth control pill that limits you to having a period every three months instead of every month) and I very regular. Two days after my sleeve, I started bleeding and I...
The preop diet is different for everyone. I went with Dr Almanza, and once I was scheduled for surgery they sent me instructions. I had to do three days of the preop diet. Mine was a protein shake...
I have been mixing 2 Tablespoons of avocado with a little jalapeno ranch dressing and eating that as a snack.
Also, and I know it sounds gross, but the canned tamales that come wrapped in paper in...
If you are still in full liquid phase, I blend a scoop of whey isolate protein, and a little bit of PB2 with some really cold water and it makes a fluffy "shake" that is easier on my tummy than the...
So I had surgery on Feb 3rd, and I am doing pretty good. But we have this cruise coming up for the kids spring break. We leave on March 20th, it will be six weeks and four days after my surgery. I...
