    2 nights in the hospital, 2 weeks of feeling really crummy.
    I feel completely normal, eat out used to the food routine and am able to go out to eat and enjoy myself.

    Wow your results are amazing! Just keep on the routine and the pounds will begin to come off again.
    Try drinking more, sometimes that helps. And try not to be discourage, you've done great!

    Pure Protein in chocolate deluxe flavor is my current favorite. I buy it from Walmart
    Breakfast:Muscle milk and tea.Lunch was yogurt (Oiko triple zero) and some lobster.(2oz)

    I had the eating in bed habit too. Now I read in bed and keep a glass of diet v8 splash say bedside to sip on.
    I'll also take ambien as needed, not contraindicated by my doctor.

    I love fresh steamed shrimp with cocktail sauce for a meal or a snack. Granola in yogurt sounds delicious, can y'all recommend one that fits in with our restrictions? Trying to vary what I eat, still...

    Glad you're doing great! I'm 41/2 weeks post op and had a rough first 2 weeks. Food tasted awful!
    Still on soft but what an improvement over pureed! Nasty!

    Wow one hour for surgery and you were up walking? Due to adhesions my surgery took 3 hours! And my doctor has all patients stay one night.

    So I'm in my fifth week post op and tolerating soft foods well and keeping up my protein and fluids. I can eat 6 jumbo shrimp, no problem. Also Boar's Head chicken and turkey.
