It was my comforter. Now, a few bites and I'm finished! I eat my favorites but my taste buds aren't the same after surgery.
Can't complain about money...anything I order now lasts for 2 maybe 3...
Two whole years have passed since surgery. My highest was 321 and lowest 189. Currently holding at @206. I'm happy to give myself a few pounds on each side of that number ( can't stress about a few...
Congratulations. Now let the fun begin.
Here is my advice. Put the scale away. You are in the early stages of this journey. Your body is constantly adjusting levels. You may or may not have hit your 3 week stall. It happens to a lot of us....
Keep drinking water. Get your protein in. Kick the exercise up a notch. Other than that, stalls happen. I had mine. Enjoy the onederland that you are about to enter!!!!
The only brand I could stomach was EAS. 100% Whey chocolate. Not too shabby.
Nine months have gone quickly. I saw my surgeon today for my follow-up. Blood pressure was great. Pulse at 60. Weight 196 down from 327 (their scale) BMI 24.5. All around healthy. I recommend this...

Congratulations. Now throw your scale away. The weight will start to fall off fast. You will have your stalls. Do not worry about them. That is your body adjusting. Keep walking, drinking, and...
Saying there is always one. I don't see a reason to regret it. The first month was very trying for me being I was part of the 1% that have complications. Things have worked themselves out and now I'm...
Just keep in mind that you didn't get big from eating healthy foods. Surgery is 50% tool, the rest is up to you. The first few weeks will be trying. You WILL get through it. Make sure you get you...
Just sitting here looking at numbers. I've lost 103 pounds in 142 days. I would do it all again. I've had my stalls. Never really worried about them though. There were times I threw it back up....
Salem hospital.
Where about in south Jersey? I used Dr. kakkilaya out of Salem. Awesome. Can't say enough good things about him.
That's one site. If weight loss is not taken care of soon, what health issues will you have down the line in your older years? This surgery is a tool to get you where you belong. After that, it is up...
It's normal. Just stick to your routine. Throw your scale in closet and leave it be. You will be dropping in no time.
April 12th was my 3 months post op. I am down a total of 90 pounds. 320 to 230. At the 3 month check up my surgeon said that I'm no longer obese I'm now overweight. Awesome accomplishment. Went from...
Congratulations on you milestone.
I had a pain I couldn't get rid of. Wife said I was like a pregnancy woman in transition. The pain in my lower back and abdomen told me something was not right. I called my surgeon and reported my...
Hiccups were not fun. Pain meds made me throw up instantly.
Girl throw that thing out. It's no good. Had my surgery on Monday. Want to hop on the scale but I understand parts of me are still swollen from surgery. This isn't an overnight adventure.
