    Thanks for your advice. I will get the tape measure out later. I lost most of my weight with the band before it was revised to a sleeve so I always expected it to be a slow process. One pound a week...

    I found that having the band removed was way worse than the sleeve procedure. I waited 6 months between. The sleeve felt like a breeze!

    I had my sleeve 8 weeks ago and have been at the same weight for just over 4 weeks.

    I have tried more protein, more water, more exercise, increased calories and combinations of those but nothing....
