I do this often too and I'm almost 6months out ..I think some of mine is dehydration at times mixed with lower protein days. It's awful.

I highly recommend going to your drug store and getting a bottle of biotin vitamins ..I'm in the same boat with the hairless and I'm 4mo out.

Yes I was 6days post op and starving!!!! Lol...it still comes and goes..i too drink fluids and it satisfies me for a bit longer.
