Awe... That's a smart way to plan your meals. Thank you for sharing Grace!
Thanks Lorna!
Grace, do you soak the chicken before or after you cook it? Do you bake it?
I loved cooking before surgery but now I rarely cook. I'm single and since we can't eat much, I figure why bother. But sometime I'll make soups and freeze them for a quick meal. I love seeing what...
Thank you so much. I'll give it a try.

My NUt folded me yesterday to take anti acid for the next 14 days to settle things down getting me ready to start eating purée foods.
Awesome transformation!
I bought summer squash today and can't wait to have some on Monday... Blended of course!

My dr is ok with some caffeine .... So I do have regular coffee in the AM but drink decaf tea.
Thank you.... It helps just knowing I'm not alone:)
I was nervous too.... Had my surgery on the 6th and was scared even as they wheeled me in. BUT, I knew this was the best gift I could give myself. Giving myself a new start without the fear of...
Thank you all so much!
I packed very little.... But I did pack gasX the strips that you put on your tongue..... That will help. God bless you on your new journey! I am 7 days out post
Thank you!
