Hello everyone, my name is Mayra and I had my surgery on May 14, 2019. I weight 230 pounds, since then I have lost 40 pounds, and I am stuck....not loosing any more, what should I do?

I’m doing ok, thank you. I have lost 23 pounds since May 14 but I lost my appetite, I have to push my self to eat
