Those are the same symptoms I had when I was gestational diabetic? How much sugar is in the shake?
  2. Re: Weird question for those post-op: What happens when you vomit on a sleeved stomach?

I got the stomach bug a couple of weeks ago. I threw up for about 5 hours straight. Not any different than before but much less to come out.

    Re: Growling stomach !!!!

I am a bit confused about your post. Do you think you are hungry because your stomach makes noise? Mine growls after everything I eat and drink. It has nothing to do with being hungry. At the stage...

My husband has that issue sometimes in his underarm area. He washes it a few times a day and keeps it dry but he also uses distilled white vinegar. It helps better than anything he has used from the...
  5. Re: Question on how your feel , I am week post op?

Do you take omeprazole? This surgery is an acid producing surgery and many surgeons prescribe an antacid for a few weeks. For some reason the acid comes across as hunger pains.

  9. Re: Having trouble with vitamins! Flintstones multi?

I take Flintstones vitamins 2 times a day and all my 6 month blood work came back great. Why look for something more expensive when a simple Flintstone does the job?

Re: Will the hair grow back???

Something I read really made sense to me. What you eat now is how your hair will look in 3-4 months. So when you eat only a liquid diet for a few weeks, your hair suffers the consequences. The upside...

    Re: fluids

Are you talking about having soup or gulping down water? If you are sipping soup and finishing 4oz I wouldn't worry about. If you are talking about taking 4oz of water and chugging, I would warn...

    Re: Ugh! Miserable!

I think you need to ask yourself if you would feed a 2 week old baby a steak? You have essentially a new stomach. You could cause yourself some serious damage by not taking care of your pouch. This...
