    Start walking as soon as they will let you. That helped me soooo much. The pain was not near as bad as I had it in my head. The waiting game was the worst for me.

    Everyone is different so really go off the way you are feeling. I was deer hunting 1 week and 4 days post op and did wonderful. Like you as long as I had my potty I was fine. :)

    I do want to add that I had gallbladder out in 06 and that surgery alone was way worse than sleeve with hernia repair.

    Yes I had mine repaired during surgery and was taken off Nexium that same day.

    Welcome! I would take your makeup or some of it. I just feel better when I have mine on. Yes I would take sweats for the trip home. You will be swollen some and they will feel better than jeans.

    The Centrum Chewable tastes like the candy sweet tarts. Also do NOT get GNC liquid vitamins. I took one dose and threw the whole bottle down sink. They are nasty nasty nasty!

    Yes I did this everytime I ate in the beginning. I call it stacking because that is what it feels like to me. It will still happened to me if I have that 1 bite too much or not chewed enough.
