My fav's are:

Premier protein- chocolate
2 teaspoons cocoa powder unsweetened
1/2 banana
2 ice cubes

Or

1 chocolate premier protein shake

Peppermint oil helped my nausea SOO much the day of surgery! My sister was a life saver for telling me to pack it!! Never thought about using them for skin tightening! Might have to research that! :)

Where did you have your surgery, Tonya?I'm having mine with Dr. Woodman in Memphis at Methodist Germantown. I'm so excited! Hope everything is going well for you so far! Did you go through Insurance?
