I was only required 2 day liquid diet pre surgery with my dr. You will be fine like above have said. Head up you got this :-)

I keep my nephew while my sister works. He was one after I had my surgery. I was back watching him the week after. I was blessed with an pretty good recovery time. Everyone is different so I'd try...

I just want to scream it out, I'm officially into onederland! I'm 15 months post op and down almost 128 lbs. I LOVE my sleeve ( most of the time;)
It has been one amazing journey to date! I can't...

I was told no drinking 15 mins before meals and 15 mins after meals but have found 25-35 mins work best for me. Your body will tell you whats best for your tummy :)
