    Re: Hair Loss?

I didn't have any hair loss; however, like Tamera, because of the sleeve, my thyroid meds had to be reduced.

    Re: Thank you Sraebaer! WW

    Annie,
So glad that you like the WW app! It is pretty awesome and helpful! It totally made me see that some of the things that I was eating had a lot more calories than I thought. Making those...

    Re: Instant Drunk

When I do have a cocktail, it is usually just one, rarely two. Just as everyone has stated, one drink makes me feel as if I've had several.

Re: 2 years post sleeve & starting to struggle

    Hi Jill,
You've gotten great advice so I really have nothing to add except be kind to yourself. Take a walk. It really does help in sorting through some of the "stuff." Take out your sleeve bible...

Re: 9.6 pounds until I知 back at goal

Thank you! Sometimes we need a reminder and being so far out--I started believing in a false "delusion" that I could pretty much eat what I wanted. WRONG!

Re: 9.6 pounds until I知 back at goal

    Ann,
I swear that sugar is the devil. I wished I had never started using it again. My problem is, I've tried all the different natural sweetners (scared of Equal, Sweet n Low, etc.), and I need a...

    Re: OMG So Embarrassed

Mentally, you have to be in the game, the sleeve game. You cannot half-ass this. Either you're in, or you're out. Make up your mind. If you're supposed to be losing weight while waiting for the...

  14. Re: Five Years Out--ACCOUNTABILITY--what are using/doing?

Make sure that you are eating enough--unfortunately, I don't have that problem! Even if you go over your points, you still have your weekly points and any activity points that you earn.
  15. Re: Five Years Out--ACCOUNTABILITY--what are using/doing?

    jerzey,
Even the WW snacks! I don't buy them. I simply cannot control myself around a cookie or protein bars, etc. I do not buy them, I don't even go down that aisle in the grocery store!

9.6 pounds until I知 back at goal

  17. Re: Five Years Out--ACCOUNTABILITY--what are using/doing?

I rejoined at the end of April. I am down 9.8 pounds. I have 9.6 left to go to get to goal. I am so glad that I rejoined. It will definitely work. Make sure that you are tracking with the app. ...

Re: No restriction 2 weeks out?

You are still newly sleeved. You will not feel any restriction until you start eating solid food. Right now you should still be on liquids and soft foods. You will have restriction. Trust me.
  21. Re: Ways to deal with regain before it gets out of hand

In addition, be completely honest about the amount of junk that you have "re-introduced" into your life. Your sleeve will help you out for a long time, but eventually, it will catch up with...
