I've put a lot of weight back on and I don't know how to get rid of it. What's your story 5 years later?
I had my surgery Feb last year and I lost 105 lbs. I wanted to lose another 35 but my weight loss came to a sudden stop after about 10 months. I've gained back 8 since then but feel lousy! I don't...
Oh my gosh....I'm just sitting here thinking the same thing! I haven't gained but I haven't lost anything in over a month. I need a jump start too. Same with MFP...haven't signed in there in a few...
I haven't figured out what the point is of having salad? There is no protein in eating lettuce and the like. It just fills you up, not leaving room for the good stuff!
Good for you!!
It's hot sauce, isn't it? Try it at your own risk! You never know til you try. Enjoy!
If your blood count is going down daily, why wouldn't you follow up as an outpatient? You dont want to become so anemic that you cause yourself more problems. Also you need to find out why it keeps...
I have now lost 101 lbs....my own ONEderland! I still have 39 to go to get to that other one but now I do see that's its possible. I read so many posts that give me encouragement and I want to...
Try drinking from a medicine cup and keep a log/set an alarm if you need to. Sip one every 15 minutes and you will get in all the fluids you're required to. Good luck!
Flintstones chewables for me, with iron. and an added Vitamin D 5000 units.
Congrats on your weight loss! Btw--I think you've got " the Donald's " pose down too! have a great day!
Aww don't get discouraged. I promise the weight will come off. It just doesn't come off at the rate we want it too. You will have many stalls along this journey, don't give up!
Hey, I know what you mean. I'm an RN too with bad knees. I'll tell you, this is the best thing I've ever done for myself. I feel like a new woman! Can't imagine what it will bw like when I hit goal...
Chocolate chip cookies and Subway subs and...
Try what my doctor recommended...it worked for me! Use a medicine cup to sip all your fluids from inc protein drink. I cupful every 15 minutes throughout the day will add up to 64 ounces. Set a timer...
Wow, what a difference! Feels great doesn't it?! Keep going until you're happy with where you are. That's my plan.
Hmmm, every doctor is different. What did yours tell you to do? I was on full liquids for just a couple days pre op. Didn't need to worry then about protein, etc as it was for such a short period.
Can buy Unjury on their website. I love the Chocolate Splendor mixed with almond milk. Don't push it with the food, stick to liquids and you'll do great!
It does seem to get harder the closer we get. But you're right...we have to work for it. Keep it up!
Well, hello to a fellow Buffalonian! Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you.
Most get a horrible taste in their mouths from the ketosis we all go through. It will pass after another week or 2.
Realize too you had major surgey on Monday and its only Wednesday, so yes it's going to hurt. And I agree with Grace, try the heating pad on your back. I used a medicine cup to sip from, only clear...
Way to go!
Sounds great! Verya easy too but I'd leave out the corn, even though I love it. Too starchy and hard to digest for me since the sleeve.
That's why we're here....I know I have issues too.....I'm too high on carbs, don't drink enough water, and could probably get in more protein. I keep hitting weeks long stalls....it's very...
