I've haven't set any goals YET apart from my dream weight of 60kg (132lbs), so here goes

Drink more water I'm drinking 1.5 litres (50oz) now I'd like to bump it up...

Gastric banding + oesophagus repair took about 2.5 hrs.. In hospital & on a drip for 5 days (nil by mouth for 5 days)....

I was sleeved on 10/10/11 by Dr Craig Taylor @ The Mater Hospital Nth Sydney, staff were so helpful, so far so good....
