    I do isopure straight from the bottle. No need to dilute - it is not that sweet and has no sugar in it. I rely heavily on this liquid isopure, everday. It is expensive but worth it to me.

    Hi Joyce, I dont know about sleeve being two small, but let me ask. Are you talking about a boiled egg? I can eat 1 boiled egg. Your sleeve might be tiny - do you know size of bougie used?
