I was sleeved May 2012. I lost from 220 to 167. Now, I am back up to 190.
I eat junk, whatever I want, drink sodas, don't do my protein shakes or bars,
no exercise, and am so disgusted with myself....

I still cannot tell that I have lost so much weight. Everyone says I look so different. I guess looking at yourself everyday, it doesn't seem like you are changing. But sizes tell the truth!

I like the grape Isopure drink, not so much the orange or the alpine punch. My dr did not allow me to have the ensure because of the sugar content.

Isopure grape tastes like Gatorade and does not have an aftertaste. I just have so much trouble with the thick protein shakes.

Please let me know if you can just drink Isopure (40g Protein) instead of protein shakes
