Re: Please help me VSG regrets/Pain

Get your doctor to prescribe some Protonix for the reflux. It works well. Unfortunately, I still have severe reflux 4 years out, but it is manageable with the Protonix as long as I take it on time....

Re: I feel silly complaining about this

The same thing happened to me while breastfeeding. Everyone talks about how you lose so much weight while doing it. Nope. I gained. I lost after I quit. If you lose too much, rolls of quarters in...

I second that wishing I could have skipped the three kids and just gone straight to grandkids. Everyone always said enjoy them. They grow up so fast. You'll miss them being little. Nope, nope, and...

    Re: I kept my dinner!

Dutch, I throw up every day, sometimes a few times a day. Typically if I eat anything other than my protein shake, chips, candy or noodles, I am going to throw up. My stomach is a cranky one. This is...

Unfortunately, heartburn can be a side effect from this surgery. Some people get over it within a couple of months. Some don't. I'm in the don't category. I take prescription protonix, and it helps....

I think tonight may have been the first time in over 4 years that I've gone to a restaurant, and kept my dinner down. I go out to eat several times a week, so this was huge for me. Husband didn't...
