    I take a powdered calcium supplement. 1/4 teaspoon twice a day. Either in my protein shake or a little water. Really no taste at all and very economical.

    My dietician said protein breaks down at 120 degrees so you cannot cook with it or heat it. She said never put it in anything hot. Anyone have different info from their doctors?
