    Re: Hello I'm new here

    Kevin,
I am six years out and I can tell you that being sleeved is the best thing that I have ever done for myself. Like someone said, the sleeve is not the miracle, it is simply a tool, you still...

    Re: WW Issues!

    Sharon,
You are hilarious! I had a WW leader once who used to say to everyone, "why are you cooking separate dinners? do you want to keep living and your spouse and children are dead?" Totally...

    Re: Water

It's funny because since I've been eating more plant based, I've really been drinking more water. It's really amazing how something as simple as drinking enough water really helps in so many areas!
  10. Re: does anyone actually get THIN after this procedure (not just LESS overweight/fat)?

    Woodhouse,
You can get back to the size that you want to, or possibly even better. You have to be willing to put in the work. Even after six years, I am still learning and still willing to try new...

Until you are ready to eat solids, you should follow the eating guidelines from your team. I had to start with liquids, puree, soft foods, then regular foods. Regarding eating whole foods plant...

    Re: Eating Enough and Exercise.

Personally, I wouldn't try to force myself to eat anything that I know I can't handle. If you physically can't eat that much, don't do it.

Re: How has having a sleeve changed your life?

    Great question!
I feel like the most important thing for me that has changed, is that now I feel like I am living--in fact, living my best life. Before being sleeved, I feel like I was just going...

Re: Is 800 calories ok for 4 months?

It sounds to me like you are not eating enough. If you are following your doctor's guidelines, there is no way that you are overeating. Because you are active, you need to eat more because you are...
