i cant do G2 it still has to much sugar in it so i drink powerade zero :) yummy

i just had my first one last week since i had my surgery in Nov. it was heavy and lasted a week i felt like crap since it was super heavy. i ve never gone that heavy or long before.

it s cause have dropped the weight quickly. i have had the same problem and i had it to when i had the lap-band and i still have since i had my revision to my sleeve.

kenny is my fav. country singer and he had the lapband done!!!!

why is it easier for me to be able to something like hot tea than it is to drink like a glass of cool or room temp. water,crystal light or tea? can some answer me? :o
