    At my gym personal trainers are an extra cost that I can't afford. Boot camp - working with a trainer and 3 to 5 other people is a quarter of the cost. I paid 300 for 3 sessions a week for 6 weeks....

    According to my plan the last menu is the one you follow until you reach goal. After that you add calories (maybe) as long as your weight remainso stable.

    Pain in your chest could be your body's full signal. At this stage 1 or 2 spoons will fill you up. Your tummy is still healing and is probably swollen.
