Okay, so just to reply across the thread there... I lost a lot of this weight by myself - through diet and exercise.
Now, I paid all this money to have WLS - and this is gonna sound insane but...

I had my surgery Nov. 2, 2011 - Prior to Surgery I lost 84 lbs on my own through exercise, changing eating habits, and B12 injections.
