I'm sorry to hear about you being sick. I started out having a hard time. I became malnuritied, my potassium became dangerously low and I was feeling miserable. I'm just a couple of weeks behind you...
Jodiel you're right I was told the same thing and I actually forgot about doing that. I was doing it in the beginning and it was working. Thanks for getting me refocused hopefully it will help.:o
You just shared my same thoughts. I just got back from a 3 week vacation in Europe with 10 days being on a cruise. Since I have been back I have been eating the "forbidden" foods, candy, chips,...
Wow congratulations that is o exciting! Also good luck with your results.
I have avoided answering any post on this subject so far because I know we are all different, it's still to soon for me to really know ( I'm 7 weeks out) and because I know that before I had this...
Add one more to your list!
Thanks
I had diarrhea in the beginning and was ok with that but then I became VERY constipated. In over a 3 1/2 week time I had to give myself 2 anemias. Not fun! I took everything and nothing worked. I'm...
I'm 5 weeks out and yesterday was my first day with no pain. Mine were on the part of my stomach that was removed. My Dr. Told me I was doing to much too soon but when it kept happening I was too...
Hi everyone, I've been trying to take bariatric chewable multi vitamin but they upset my stomach and make me throw up most days. I've been looking for gummy or some other type of multi. Does anyone...
I eat sugar free popsicles but I have to admit that I have taken a teeny bite of my daughter's Oreo cookie and a bite of my husbands sugar free frozen yoguart.

Thanks everyone I did get a good dose of acclamation from them and all of you!
I'm 22 days out and down 25 pounds total pre & post op. I was feeling down going back to work today for the first time since surgery and I've been at a stall for 5 days so I haven't lost as much...
I start week 4 today and I also just hit a stall for the last 4 days. I know people say it is expected to happen but I also think it's the food I've taken in lately. I'm in purred foods and I have...
I'm 17 days out and have lost 16 pounds a little at a time. Some people have also lost more than me but remember slow and steady wins the race! Good luck
Ok you didn't cheat. You just ate. Trust me you won't be eating that right after surgery. Some people like me didn't even have to do a pre-op diet. I ate pizza & steak the week prior to surgery and...
Congratulations good for you!
I had the same issues. Warm things or room temp was best. My mouth was and still is very dried out. Im 2 weeks out an if I have food in my stomach liquids hurt. Its getting better.
I'm just a couple of days ahead of you and I'm on protein drinks, fat free cottage cheese, plain Greek yoguart, broth, sugar free pudding. I could have strained cream of wheat but haven't. I did eat...
It's not going to hurt you to drink it. I only needed to be on clear liquids the day before surgery. The chicken soup should be strained that was on my written orders.
I am so excited for you! My son gets married in 2 months and I'm hoping to have the same experience as you! Have fun!
I'm amazed all of you felt so good. I couldn't of done it unless I was completely drugged up. I had an 1 hour drive and it was all I could handle.
I had surgery on 4/2 and I'm too very weak. I am getting my protein in and it takes me all day to do it. I even had 2tsp. Of fat free cottage cheese yesterday to see if it would help but today I am...
