My surgery was 8/13. My doctor and nutritionist have us on 3 weeks full liquid, 3 weeks purée and then soft for two weeks. Six weeks before full activity. Clearly, all programs are not the same.

So glad that you are doing well. Each day is less sore.

Hi, I had my surgery Monday and just weighed in at 10 pounds lighter, also. I am glad that you are doing well. It is good not to feel alone in this journey.

I am finding the recovery experience much the same. Soreness and some weakness that feels much better every day.

My condolences to you. You have to recharge in order get through all you have to do. So if outdoor activities will do that, then you have permission from everyone.
