For me I took it easy on the wine for the first few months...wine seemed to burn well red wine did and still does!? it all comes down to what your doc would say is the best for you at this point....

Yup,I seem to be loosing this way...I was even down 6lbs in a week! thought it was because I was sick and that the moment I started to eat normally I would gain it back but.....I didn't! exciting!...
