    It is pretty much what I eat. Breakfast is either yogurt or cottage cheese and fruit and then the other for lunch. Dinner is fish and vegetables. I snack on apples and bread with peanut butter...

    I'm trying to stay around 1000 calories a day. I exercise 3-5 times a week on a stationary bike. I haven't had much weight loss. I'm hungry all the time. I eat high protein. I also graze though....
