    Everyone stalls. It happens. You will get past it. Don't cry. Lower your calorie intake for 2 days and exercise a lot more. See what happens in a week and report back here.

    Greek yogurt is good, also Vitamin Shoppe sells vanilla and chocolate protein pudding. The taste isn't that bad, and that should help you since it's mushy.

    Great job! Don't get discouraged!!! You will have many stalls, just freak your body out now and then. Eat less calories a few days, then ramp it up. Exercise a ton, then slow down. Switch it up.
