64 ounces water daily. No liquids 1 hour before or after meals.
I did not have a pre op diet. As a matter of fact, the night before surgery I had a great mexican dinner at 7pm! Everybody and their doctor are different.

64 ounces of water. Walk, move more. Start tracking what you are eating, there are plenty of sites out there to help with that. The sleeve is a tool not a fix all. Thats up to you! BOL
I concur with more water, 64 ounces per day, recommended. And move and exercise a bit more daily.
I use Quest bars. Better numbers, many flavors to choose from. BOL
At least three months. I do think the anesthesia takes longer *to wear off* more then the Dr. says.
Food intake slowly improves which does give you more energy.

Yes, I tried to avoid foods from a can or a bag. Sodium is over the top.
I was told no food after 9pm the night before. Thats all.
