Walked/ran 3.12 miles...about 20 mins per mile, burned 500 calories!

I did workout 1 of Jillian Michael's Body Revolution this morning...it was 32 minutes and a great full body workout. The only thing I don't like about doing dvd workouts vs the gym is that I can't...

Elliptical 15 minutes, 102 calories...weights 5 minutes...had to get in a quick workout today

35 minutes on treadmill, 2 miles, 329 calories burned...3 minutes on elliptical 22 cal burned...I'm trying to work up to 15 min on the elliptical, but my goodness it burns!!!

Treadmill walk/run 35 minutes, burned 330 calories...upper body strength training with no more than 20 lbs per exercise...feels great!!!

Wow! I wish I'd seen this string earlier, it's such a motivation...I'm going to the gym right now! Will post what I did when I get back.

So, I got a surgery date, 3/9/12. That means I have to start my 2 week liquid diet tomorrow -- on a Friday...really who does that!!! I ate everything I could think that I wanted this...
